Cocopeat and coir pith are the same thing — both refer to the fibrous material extracted from coconut husks. "Cocopeat" is the commercial name used in horticulture and hydroponics, while "coir pith" is the technical term used in manufacturing. Both are 100% natural, biodegradable, and excellent growing media.
